The HPH Family Reunion was great! They decided to have a picnic style Family Reunion and it was very successful. The event was full of laughter, and joy as the family reunited at The Burgess Center in South Carolina. Each member  came from different areas around the country and were able to fellowship through food, dance, and fun. Seafood was the selection for the meal, and it was absolutely delicious. Fried fish, shrimp, and sweet potato fries was an excellent choice of food for the night. This family was so joyous to work with. As they mingled throughout the event, I was able to witness the joy they had for each other as they conversed throughout the night.  The HPH Family Reunion was great, and I hope they are able to carry on the legacy for other African American families.
